HI, I'M RACHEL!

It’s Tuesday after a wedding and I’m still working on Amy and Bob’s blog post – so today I’m sharing with you these GW group graduation photos to tide you over!
GRAD GAMES
Hannah reached out this spring, excited to have GW group graduation photos with some of her besties from their grad program at The George Washington University. Hannah and her friends Aubrey, Mairen, and Savannah were big fans of trivia nights and game nights while in school, and now that I’m thinking about it – we should’ve included some fun games in this photo session!
READY TO ROCK
I’m always impressed when folks are willing to get up super early in the morning to have their photo taken. And even more impressed when more than one person is willing to do so! haha These four ladies showed up in perfectly coordinated outfits (I just loved how they each chose a different shade or hue of blue, that somehow complemented each other beautifully in their group photos), hair and makeup done, in heels, and ready to rock their GW group graduation photos session! Color me impressed.
CONSIDERATE GRADS
The ladies came prepared to their GW group graduation photos session – moreso than looking fresh and put together. They brought sparkling rosé to do a ‘pop and spray’ with, as well as colorful confetti. Not only that – they brought a mini handheld vacuum to clean up the confetti!! I was uber excited about that detail because this spring the Lincoln Memorial was a disaster after so many grad and prom photos. There was confetti everywhere, sticky champagne all over the ground inside the monument, and litter all over the place.
It was sad to see how many people disrespected the space. I personally can’t bring myself to allow my clients to spray champagne inside the monument (we go outside on the grass or off the back/side of the monument) or to throw confetti inside either. I was so appreciative Hannah and her friends were considerate and respectful enough to care about cleaning up after their celebration. That way we were able to get adorable photos of them throwing confetti, and be respectful. * Note to future REHP grads: bring a handheld vacuum if you want to throw confetti! *
OK… off my soapbox now! Meeting Hannah and her friends was a real treat and I’m excited to share some of my favs from their GW group graduation photos session with you! Enjoy!
