Hi everyone! It’s been super long since I did one of these Fun Monday posts! I’ve been really busy and getting up the regular blog posts has been enough work in and of itself, so I took a little break from ol’ Fun Monday. Plus I’ve been second shooting a lot, which leaves me pretty dead tired on Sundays, so Fun Monday posts get brushed aside. So sad! haha But hey, I’m back! I’m excited to back on this particular Fun Monday because I had my first wedding of the year yesterday and I’m excited to share a couple sneak peeks with you from their Sunday wedding.
But before I get to that, I can share about what I did on Saturday! Saturday was spent second shooting (that’s when I get to be the second photographer, catching alternate views than the main photographer and covering certain parts of the day so the main photog can do portraits) for Erin Tetterton Photography. This was my sixth time working with Erin – my fourth shooting for her – and I think we have a good rhythm going! We were at Gramercy Mansion, where Erin helped me photograph Christy & Ramon’s wedding last August (see that wedding here), so it was cool to be back in a familiar venue! I can’t share any photos from that wedding just yet, but I’m excited to see Erin’s sneak peeks soon!
I made sure to get rested up so I could be ready for my Sunday wedding in Walkersville and Frederick, Maryland. I was excited to have my friend, Hannah, with me assisting throughout the day. I was trying out some new stuff and I wanted to little extra help, so she graciously joined me and we had so much fun together! Wedding photography is fun, and it’s even funner with friends!
Check back on Wednesday for more from Doris and Eliud’s Sunday wedding! And for now, enjoy these sneak peeks! Have a great week everyone!!
