DC Area Family Photographer
Kids are so unpredictable. That’s why they’re so fun to photograph!
You never know what they are going to do, what faces they are going to make, whether they’re going to cry or just stare you down. Personally, I think their unencumbered free spirits add to what creates some of the best photographs.
Over the years I have had the honor of photographing special moments in my friends’ and family’s children’s lives – from commemorating birthdays to capturing their tiny, sleepy faces as newborns to taking portraits of them with their families. I even took pics of my nephew and turned them into various gifts for my family at Christmas. It’s been so fun and cool to get to participate in these occasions and see these kids grow in front of my lens over the years.
I think my favorite thing about taking pics of these tiny humans is the huge smile I have on my face when processing the photos! There are a lot of “awwwws” when I’m going through these pictures, and I hope they have the same effect when you’re scrolling through them in today’s #tbt post. These are some adorable little tikes!
