Nancy’s George Mason University graduation photos session was truly a family affair, and I’m excited to share her photos with you today!
Nancy graduated last December from George Mason University, and like many (pretty much all) graduates in 2020, she wasn’t able to have an in-person ceremony to commemorate the milestone achievement. Her graduation ceremony was online, so to celebrate, Nancy wanted to do a George Mason University graduation photos session with her family. So that we did!
Celebrate with Photos!
Nancy graduated from undergrad last year and was moving on to her graduate program in 2021, so the photo session was the perfect way to mark the end of one milestone before moving onto the next. She credits her parents with her success thus far and was excited to include them in her photos. How thoughtful!
Where’d He Go?
Nancy wanted photos with the George Mason statue on campus (which was like a scavenger hunt trying to find it! haha They moved it since the last time I was there). And then she wanted to go to a second location for something different, so we went to the old courthouse in Fairfax City towards the end of her session. I’ve always wanted to shoot there, so I’m glad Nancy was game to try it out.
Two (Cold) Locations
Y’all, it was so chilly the day of Nancy’s George Mason University graduation photos session! Nancy and her family were such troopers hanging on through the cold and wind – whew! December was not messing around! Luckily it was a beautiful sunny day, so we ended up with beautiful portraits around campus and in Fairfax City.
Congratulations to Nancy!!
