This summer has brought inspiring location after inspiring location, and Anna’s Annapolis waterfront maternity photos location was no different!
I appreciate when my clients love how their photos turn out and say they have a great experience working with me – that is always my goal! And I hope they know how much I appreciate them as well! Clients like Anna who suggest gorgeous, picturesque locations and are gung-ho to go with the flow and try whatever I ask of them, keep me so inspired!
Anna showed up in this gorgeous white dress (y’all know how much I love white!) looking picture ready and radiant! I had gotten to Selby on the Bay for her Annapolis waterfront maternity photos a little early so I could look around. I hadn’t been there before and wanted to get a lay of the land and a feel for the light before we got started. I’m glad I did that because 1. it was fun and 2. the location was so great, I needed that time to make sure I saw everything that was available to us and planned how we would use our time and light.
Anna’s partner lives out of town, so she got the entire shoot all to herself! Which worked out really well for this location because it gave us more time to utilize more of this awesome landscape. When I saw there was a little beach, I knew I wanted to ask Anna if she would mind getting in the water towards the end of the session and she was totally game! So we planned the rest of the session around making sure we got lots of good shots with her clean dress (and we did!) before I had her hop into the water.
Anna was excited to capture how happy she is to have her baby girl in there before she meets her on the outside, and I think we accomplished just that with her Annapolis waterfront maternity photos. Can’t wait to meet your new little one soon!
