I’m excited to share some of my favorite photos from Heather and Robby’s beautiful sage green Lincoln’s Cottage wedding from this past weekend!
You probably remember Heather and Robby from their joyful Meridian Hill Park engagement session last autumn. And you probably especially remember their adorable pup, Carson! Who definitely made an appearance on their wedding day as well, I’m thrilled to say. Heather and Robby tied the knot this past weekend at their sage green Lincoln’s Cottage wedding, on the most beautiful fall day.
Heather and Robby’s sage green Lincoln’s Cottage wedding was another day when I needed to pass the baton to my associate team so that I could properly attend to some health issues. I was happy to show up at the bridal suite to take their bridal details photos and some getting ready candids. And then turn it over to my associate photographer, Marek, and second photographer, Mike. They did an absolutely amazing job of capturing Heather and Robby’s big day. I knew they would, but I was blown away as I looked through all the images and I’m just so excited to share their beautiful work.
The theme I noticed as I looked through the photos was unbridled happiness and joy! Heather and Robby’s faces probably hurt by the end of the day from smiling so much! They had the biggest grins on their faces from the first look to their ceremony, and even during their first dance (which was to a super romantic song by John Legend).
Heather and Robby have been super intentional with their marriage celebrations, and I just love all the detail they put into their big day. From having their engagement session at a park where they spent a lot of time during the pandemic; to Heather’s bracelet with her pup’s name on it that she attached to her bouquet; to the beautiful table with photos of their deceased grandparents; the loads of late night snack foods they provided for their guests; and the way they did a final dance alone together at the end of the night (cue the tears!).
Congratulations and best wishes to two warm, wonderful people! I hope those big smiles stay on your faces for the rest of your days together.
Much appreciation to Heather & Robby’s vendor team:
