I love introducing you to #REHPlovebirds! And I get to do so today, so I’m extra excited to share these photos with you. Today you get to meet Brittany and Clayton through their summer Capitol Hill engagement photos.
Brittany and Clayton are recent grads from West Virginia University (congrats!), and even more recent transplants to Washington, D.C. They’re originally from Annapolis, Maryland, and are excited to get married at Top of the Town in Arlington next month, and officially start their lives together.
As is the case with many couples this year, their original wedding plans were put on hold due to COVID-19 restrictions. Their big day was originally scheduled for the end of June… and that wasn’t able to actually happen. They were able to reschedule for August, so I’m super excited to celebrate with them next month!
I met up with them this past weekend for their summer Capitol Hill engagement photos. They were so smart to book their session for first thing in the morning, because it was super hot this weekend! It was slightly cooler in the morning, but quickly started warming up midway through the session. These two were troopers, though, and hung in there, staying smiley and joyful all the way to the end.
I have to brag on these two a little – they a re total naturals in front of the camera! Any little thing I asked them to do, they started doing before I was even done explaining and totally nailed it! Even the tougher poses and adjustments, they were spot on. It got me that much more excited for their wedding day! And that’s all in addition to the fact that it’s completely obvious how smitten they are with each other.
Until next month, enjoy these two with their engagement photos!
