HI, I'M RACHEL!
welcome!

elopements
Oh my goodness, am I excited to share Maggie and Johnny’s Fells Point Baltimore elopement photos with you!
DREAM CLIENTS
I’m the most excited to share Maggie and Johnny’s Fells Point Baltimore elopement photos because these two love birds were so excited to get married, are so in love, and it shows in the images we created together. Maggie and Johnny were dream clients and so fun to be around, and yep – I’ll say it again: I’m excited to share their wedding photos.
QUINTESSENTIAL COURTHOUSE WEDDING
Maggie and Johnny chose the courthouse closest to their home for their Fells Point Baltimore elopement, and I’m so glad they did! It was nice to be back in a courthouse after over a year of not stepping foot it one (I realize that’s a weird thing to say! haha). There’s just something romantic, classic, and nostalgic about a courthouse wedding. Especially this courthouse. It was like the quintessential courthouse! It was so cute inside, the little chapel was spacious, and the people were so friendly. They even had this giant book that couples sign when they get married in the chapel. The one Maggie and Johnny signed dated back to 2017, and I imagine was full of thousands of signatures of couples who stood right where they did. So romantic!
NEW TO ME LOCATION
After their Fells Point Baltimore elopement ceremony, we drove to Fells Point – a place I’ve somehow managed to never visit. How?! How have I never been to this adorable, historic, picturesque waterfront mecca?! Maggie and Johnny got to play tour guide and show me some of their favorite places and great spot to take photos. We found some gorgeous light and quaint backgrounds. That plus Maggie and Johnny’s amazing connection and their radiating joy made for some of my favorite portraits!
WEDDING DAY CONSIDERATION
My favorite part of the morning was witnessing how loving and considerate these two love birds were with each other. It was so sweet to hear Johnny referring to Maggie as ‘gorgeous’ and ‘beautiful’. And as you’ll see below, Maggie gave Johnny custom made cufflinks and a bow tie of carved wood with the Maryland flag. Such a fun addition to his wedding suit and nod to the state where they found love.
Congratulations and best wishes again to a happily married Maggie and Johnny!
