Today I’m excited to introduce you to REHP love birds, Melanie and Jason, with their Mt. Vernon Baltimore engagement photos!
SO MANY LOVE BIRDS
I met Melanie and Jason through the love birds you saw on the blog earlier this week, Lisa and Manny. They’re part of the loveliest group of friends who I’ve had the privilege and joy to get to know many of over the past several years. I met up with them back in May for their Mt Vernon Baltimore engagement photos when they gave me a tour of a neighborhood near and dear to their hearts.
TOUR GUIDES
I’m not as familiar with Baltimore as I am with D.C. or northern Virginia, and it’s been such a treat to work in new-to-me places around the city when taking photos for my clients there. I was somewhat familiar with the Mt. Vernon area after taking photos there for REHP love birds, Claire and Corey, in 2018. But the fun thing with Melanie and Jason’s Mt Vernon Baltimore engagement photos was we started in Mt. Vernon, and then we walked several blocks over to The Belvedere, where they had their first date. Along the way, Melanie and Jason played tour guide and told me about some of their favorite haunts and the history of the area.
LOVE A GOOD TIE IN
I’m always impressed when my clients are willing to get up early in the morning for a sunrise photo session, and even more impressed when they show up looking this cute and put together! Melanie and Jason chose super cute outfits for their Mt Vernon Baltimore engagement photos that were just so them. And I especially loved the tie-in with Melanie’s yellow dress and the canary diamonds on her engagement ring. Nice touch, lady!
SMITTEN KITTENS
I mentioned this last week when I shared Becca and Mitch’s photos, but I seriously have the best couples this year who are so natural in front of the camera! Melanie and Jason are no exception. They are clearly so smitten with each other, enjoy each other’s company, and I can tell Melanie thinks Jason is so funny. Their pictures are so adorable and Melanie’s laugh is my favorite!
I’ll be seeing Melanie and Jason in just under two months for their Elkridge Furnace wedding, and until then, I leave you with their super sweet Mt Vernon Baltimore engagement photos. Enjoy!
