Say hello to #rehplovebirds, Shani and John!! Shani and John booked their wedding photography with me late last year and it was so fun getting to finally meet them at their spring Georgetown engagements photos session earlier this month.
Two Smart Cookies
Shani and John are two smart cookies – not just in their careers – but where it really matters: in photography! (haha!) Shani and John want their wedding day to go smoothly so they can both enjoy their day. They decided to set themselves up for wedding day success by preparing for their portraits session with these spring Georgetown engagement photos!
Practice Makes Perfect
Shani and John trusted me when I said practicing for wedding portraits is a smart idea. So we got together earlier this month, just about three months shy of their September wedding, for a wedding prep session. We got to know each other a little and they got to feel comfortable together in front of the camera. Just look at them – they’re naturals!
Make an Event of It!
These two love birds were extra smart because they decided to make a weekend of it! They booked a hotel near our session location and made the most of their adorable outfits with dinner reservations nearby. I love the idea of making an event out of your portraits session! It just adds to the memory of the romantic time you’re having during your engagement season.
See you guys in September!
