I’m so excited to share more photos from my time in the Dominican Republic during the Dance Adventures trip! There is so much to share, so I anticipate many more of these posts in the coming weeks. Lucky you! Today I’ve posted photos from the many Tree House Village activities we did on day two of our stay there.
On the last Dance Adventures post, I told you about how I felt going on the trip & how it turned out for me. But I want to back up a little and tell you more about Dance Adventures, the company.
Dance Adventures is the brain child of my business coach & #creativepreneur, Megan Taylor Morrison. She wanted to combine her love of dance & travel with her passion for coaching, and poof! Dance Adventures was born! Together with Director, Melaina Spitzer, they plan, coordinate, and host Dance Adventures all around the world!
Megan had been to the DR in the past & wanted to return with a Dance Adventure crew in tow. She connected with fellow coach, Catherine Wood of Unbounded Potential who lived in the DR years back, & put together this fantastic trip filled with dancing, coaching, & lots of adventure!
The trip started in Santo Domingo, but due to prior obligations, I could only join for the second half of the trip, where we traveled to Samana [sah-mah-nah] Province to El Valle & the Dominican Tree House Village. This was our home for the week & I truly do mean ‘home.’ The people there were so inclusive, welcoming, friendly, & took great care of us.
Like I said, I’m excited to share photos from our first full day in El Valle, where we partook in lots of fun Tree House Village activities! From morning stretching & squats, partner yoga, tight rope walking, to yoga in the pavilion across the creek, we packed in so much!
