HI, I'M RACHEL!
welcome!
micro WEDDINGS
elopements
I love taking care of & serving my clients, and I SO appreciate when they take care of me! I met Andreya & her family thanks to a referral from another family who I took holiday photos for earlier this fall. Andreya’s friend, Amy, was happy with the images I captured for her family & enjoyed their time at our shoot, so she recommended me to Andreya (and Julie, remember Julie?) for her photography needs. Yay!
So not only was Amy taking care of me when she referred Andreya for their holiday photos, she was also taking care of Andreya! Gotta love a friend like that who’s looking out for you when it comes to photography 🙂 I met up with Andreya & her husband, Mike, along with their toddler, William, at Long Bridge Park in Crystal City, one Sunday evening in late October. Magic hour was giving us the perfect light & we had fun running around the park making memories & capturing holiday photos.
Andreya came fully prepared with fun props to play with during their shoot! My favorite of those props was this striking red tricycle, the perfect addition for holiday photos, don’t ya think?! William wasn’t quite at the age to drive around on the tricycle, but he sat on it like a boss!
Long Bridge Park always serves my clients well for getting picturesque images with a variety of back drops and just enough room to run around for the kids. This shoot was no different! William had a blast getting flown around like an airplane, riding on his dad’s shoulders, and throwing around his kickball. He’s an active, happy little guy & I’m glad we were able to capture how much he loves to play!
Thank you to this loving, dynamic family for such a fun shoot! And an extra thanks again to Amy for connecting us <3
