I love working with clients who have a vision! And Eilene had a vision for her Washington, D.C. Union Station headshots session. She was looking for clean, modern, professional, yet fun, photos to use on her new website and blog, and I think we delivered just that!
I met Eilene this summer at Ashley & Antonio’s wedding and she contacted me a couple months ago about headshots and marketing photos for her new business & website. When I heard she was looking for clean, modern images with lots of white in the background, I knew Union Station in D.C. was the perfect spot!
Eilene really took my Photo Shoot Style Guide to heart and came prepared for her shoot. She recruited Ashley & her mom to help carry her extra clothes, shoes, and accessories while she was having her photo taken. What a helpful, sweet family she has! With the help of Ashley & her mom, we were able to fit multiple looks for Eilene’s photos into our one hour time slot. And had a ton of fun & laughter to boot!
This shoot is such a great example of all that can be accomplished if well prepared. We walked around Union Station and even popped over to the U.S. Postal Museum, gathering shots of everything from Eilene’s glowing smile, to her colorful socks, bright blue iMac, and fancy winter gloves. She even did a full outfit change inside Union Station! She now has a wide variety of photos to use on her website, social media, and various forms of marketing material.
Eilene’s preparedness, creativity, and vision for our shoot definitely speaks to her abilities as a business owner, and I can’t wait to see what she does with the launch of her new venture! Congratulations on your success Eilene! Remember me when business sky rockets! 😉
