Ahhh… That mix of indescribable joy and excitement with a slight undercurrent of panic: the unmistakable energy felt in the home of a newborn.

I love it.

I was honored when a family friend asked me to take pictures of her newborn baby girl, Charleigh.  She was so sweet and tiny and a piece of cake to photograph. I mean, just look at her rockin’ that delicate blush colored headband like a pro! She even smiled for us a few times 🙂

 I love the colors Charleigh’s mom picked out for this shoot – the teal & the bright pinks and yellows pop and just scream modern baby!

These photos made great birth announcements and will be precious mementos for baby Charleigh and her family for years to come. Congrats on the birth of your tiny human, Erin & Mike!
